Hi I have a computer with XP Pro and another one with Vista Ultimate. In XP I have Remote Acess Desktop to the server at my work, by VPN, but in Vista, I just receive an Error: 732. So, there seems to be some conflicting settings between the VPN client and the VPN gateway. Look into the VPN properties on the client. The multilink settings can be found in the Networking tab -> Settings. On ISA, all the VPN settings can be found in the RRAS mmc.
