Tried another E900, tried disabling IPv6, tried upgrading FW to 1.0.01, I'm out of ideas. This is apparently a new cost reduced HW design and also a complete FW rewrite? I assume an E1200v2 would do the same since it is the same router except for parental controls. If it's a bug, I'm not sure any of the new E series routers would be different.
